The evening

Curated, not crowded.

Investors and executives talking over drinks on a high-rise terrace above the Austin skyline at dusk

Every guest is personally invited by the hosts. The result is a room built for the conversations that lead somewhere: new partnerships, fresh perspectives, and relationships that last.

Curated guest lists

Quality over quantity. Every name is read before an invitation goes out.

Elevated, not pretentious

Premium appetizers and craft cocktails. Designed for connection, not courses.

Strategic connections

Host-led introductions that move business forward.

Private and discreet

Approval-gated. The address is shared privately with confirmed guests.

Introductions

A few of the people.

The 2027 series

Two rooms, one ladder.

Off The Grid goes monthly in 2027, alternating between the evening you already know and a smaller, invitation-only table further in.

One room, one theme, food and drink throughout, phones down. By invitation only, extended personally by the hosts. There is no application. Photographed for the hosts and partners, never attributed.

Where the relationships are built.

Off The Grid is where people want to get in. Texas Capital Table is where they realize there is somewhere further in.
How a Table evening works

We open with one question, and every guest answers it in sixty seconds before open conversation begins. Everyone speaks once, so twenty-five people become one room instead of six separate conversations.

The calendar

Twelve evenings across 2027.

Dates are announced to the community first. Themes are shown in planned order, with the final lineup confirmed six weeks ahead of each evening.
