What we are considering

More ways to stay in the room.

Off The Grid continues all year. Our 65+ guest networking evenings keep running throughout 2027. The ideas below are additions to that calendar, not replacements.

Odd months · 25 guests

Texas Capital Table

A smaller, invitation-only dinner alongside the larger Off The Grid evenings. Six evenings in the odd months of 2027, each with 25 guests around one table for two and a half hours.

Often centered on a theme or topic, and pitch-free by design. Investment introductions happen separately, only when both people want them. Food and drink throughout, phones down.

By personal invitation from the hosts only. There is no application.

Optional Zoom · between evenings

Needs & Leads

A separate, optional Zoom for the Off The Grid community, held between the in-person evenings.

Each person shares one need, and everyone thinks about how they, their network or their wider network might help. Useful connections keep happening between evenings, without turning them into pitch sessions.

Informal · in between

Happy hours

Low-key drinks in the months between evenings, designed to build community and keep ongoing social opportunities on the calendar all year.

No program and no agenda, just time with the people you met and a few you have not met yet.

Texas Capital Table

The Texas Capital Table is a smaller, invitation-only dinner held in the odd months of 2027, alongside the larger Off The Grid evenings. Twenty-five guests sit around one table for two and a half hours, often around a theme or topic, with food and drink throughout and phones down. It is pitch-free by design. When an investment conversation makes sense, the hosts make that introduction separately, where both people want it.

Happy hours

Happy hours are informal gatherings in the months between evenings, designed to build community and give members ongoing social opportunities throughout the year. No program and no agenda, just time to stay close to the people you have met, deepen those relationships and meet a few new faces along the way.
